We have been the premier laundromat and laundry service in Birmingham, AL, since 2005. We're a multiple generation family operated, fully-attended self service laundromat that offers Wash, Dry, and Fold Services, Pickup & Delivery, Large Item & Ruggable Cleaning, and Dry Cleaning. We are laundry card operated and no coins are needed. We have over 6 different sized washers and dryers as large as 10 loaders for all your personal self service needs. Since 2005 we have been partnering with families, businesses, schools, and churches throughout Hoover, Homewood, Mountain Brook and Vestavia Hills. I'll be needing a place to do laundry while going through a home remodel. Based on the reviews of fellow Yelpers I gave Soap Box a try. Thanks for the recommendations! Even with it being a busy weekend day I was immediately greeted by Tilly. She obviously pegged me as a clueless newbie. I admitted I was clueless how to go about getting a card for the machines, or even what machines to use for that matter. She dropped what she was doing and took the time to walk me through the card acquisition, made suggestions to which washers and dryers would be the best options based on what I'd brought in. She made sure I got them started and kept an eye out again when it was time for me to move to the dryers. She made the entire experience so comfortable and easy there is no doubt that I'll be returning regularly until the construction is finished.
